i live far from the philippine embassy in tokyo thats why before i go there to process some papers i first call their consular service to ask questions and need some guides especially for the first timer like me who dont know nothing at first but mostly nobody is answering the phone.sometimes it just keep on ringing and when i redial it again it turns into busy..keep on ringing again and again without someone who can pick and can talk to.there are also time someone will answer but very often.a while days ago i was calling the whole day but it keeps on ringing and then busy?why is it so?also my husband ask him to call sometimes but keep on ringing..because of that matter i went to the embassy many times without accomplishing nothing..its not that easy to go there without nothing is happening coz it can waste a big effort,time and money..

you need to contact the consulatefor any consular services ; not the Embassy: there are 3 consulates in Japan :
