Can i do this even though? skin help?

so i just washed my face with cetephil

a dermo. reco. cleanser

and then i putt rubbing alcohol on them

am i safe to put tooth paste on them for over night or not since i have the alcohol on them??

you are drying your skin out bad.if you are doin this to clear your skin from zits then you're just making it worse.you don't need to sanitize your skin.the more dry your skin the more you will get blemishes.

yes but you're sikn may be a bit worn and a bit dry. maby a mouisturising face mask. only use toothpaste on pimles not all over you're skin because it would thin out you're mouisture levels even more.
