Can i do this to my pictures?

is there a web site that you can go to and upload pictures to make them really small........like thumbnails????

yes. Upload your picture in www.photobucket.com Then click edit for that picture. There you should see some tab options.  Under one of those tabs there is a resize button and it gives you the option of making the picture a thumbnail size. Hopefully thats what you're looking for.
