No you can't. It would be illegal.

Download a free image editor that is worth something, such as Paint.NET (Windows only) or GIMP.

Paint.NET is easier to use, where GIMP has a more confusing interface.

Each have their own advantages, the most important being that Paint.NET is Windows only with .NET framework installed, where GIMP can work with all the major operating systems (Windows, Mac, Linux).

Why not try GIMP instead? It's free and you don't have to break the law to get it. It's nearly as powerful as photoshop. www.gimp.org
