Can i download a demo while playing a game online for my 360?

I'm pretty sure it kicks you off the download so it doesnt slow up gameplay and potentially lag yourself and other players.

yes. just select the game you want to download, press accept and then just play whatever it is you want. when it's done, a message will pop up on your screen.

l know for a fact that it is best not to do anything while having a down load because this can cause a broken link or some other problem. So wait until the download is done.
