  1. You cannot download a graphics card or sound card. A graphics card is a physical card that is inside of your computer. You must buy a graphics card and physically put it in your computer in one of the available slots. When you buy a graphics card, it comes with memory. Most nowadays come with more than 64MB. To use these cards properly, you need drivers. Most sound and graphics cards come with drivers, if not, you can check out the manufacturer's website for drivers and download them. A driver is what tells your compute how to use these cards.

If you are using a laptop, you may be out of luck because only a small number of laptops support expansion video cards and sound cards. Most likely you can't upgrade your graphics or sound card on a laptop.

  2. No, video cards and sound card need to be purchased and physically installed in your computer.

64MB is how much memory in already installed on the video card.

To find drivers, check the manufacturer's website.

To find out what type of card you should install, look inside your machine for any open slots. What you want to look for is:

    ISA, AGP, PCI, PCIe (1x, 4x, 8x or 16x.)

You will need one slot for each card.

  3. As a graphic hard is a piece of physical hardware, and not a software program, you can not download one.  You have buy it at a store (or over the Internet and have it shipped) and then physically open your computer and install the new hardware into it.

  4. well you actually buy and install a graphic/sound cards. try downloading adobe flash and java (google em)

  5. no
