  1. nope, if it is legal in that country go for it

  2. NO OF COURSE YOU CAN DRINK IF YOU ARE IN A LOCATION WHERE IT IS LEGAL FOR YOU TO DRINK. COUNTRY OF ORIGIN DOESNT MATTER. STUPID. NEXT QUESTION.

  3. When I was a freshman in high school I went on a school trip to Spain. We were able to drink when we were there...and we were with chaperone's. You follow what ever the laws and regulations are of the country you're visiting....but let your conscience be your guide!

  4. If you are in a certain country that law applies to you.  Eg,  English person of 16 years of age can drink in France even though they cannot in England.

  5. Dude, I used to skip over the Canadian border to drink (it was 18 then, don't know what it is now), but if you have a government ID or equivalent you should be good to go.  (Scotland is 18, bummer my a$$, consider yourself lucky, US is 21).

  6. the laws of the country youre in are the ones that apply.
