Can i drink on a carnival cruise from ny to canada?

is there something with once we get into international waters we'll be able to get drinks, or does carnival have just a flat out only 21 and up policy?

even though it may go into international waters you still have to be 21.

Because they leave from the United States they follow US guidelines about drinking and gambling. 21+ to drink and 18+ to gamble...sorry take a carribbean cruise you can drink on the islands

I would say yes if you are 21 and over.  I went on a carnival cruise may of 2005 and drank the whole time I was on there.  I drank 1400.00 worth of drinks to be honest.
