No, because since your not used to the water there, the minerals in there water are different. Your so used to drinking water from your region, your body body wont notice the minerals in the water in Malawi. bacteria in the water will go into your body and since your body doesnt know what they are, so they will attack it and you will get majorly sick, as in Mexico, if you drink there water, you will get Mantezumas Revenge which gives you major diarhea.
