Can i drive in a state with an out of permit.?

i have a house both in FL and CT if i get a floridas permit at age 15 and the driving age for a permit in CT is 16 can i drive in CT with my florida permit?

  1. Legally, you can't even drive alone if you don't have a license.  Therefore, it's illegally for you to drive around with a permit only if you don't have a passenger next to you that's at least 25 years old that has a valid driver's license.

    You need to follow the minimum age in whatever state you're in, unless that state has a law exempting out-of-state drivers from the minimum age.
