Can i drive my brother with a learner's permit?

this might be a stupid question.. but i dont know the answer.. i want to drive my brother to his swim practice tomorrow morning and he's 12.. but my mom will be in the car. it's ok right?

yeah its fine as long as mum is in there with a license youll be fine.. I just got my permit too <3

well yea but a adult u know or legal gardian have to be with u

As long as she has a license.

If you have a permit all you need is a licensed driver in the front seat with you.

I believe the adult licenced driver must be in the passenger seat, but other than that its fine.
