  1. learn to understand some basic knowledge of your confused field before accepting any suggestion is a great idea. Here is great place to get start.http://car-insurance.easyideas4u.info/ca...

  2. You can do whatever you want.

The fine for driving without being under your parents insurance depends on the state.  I am not sure how much it is there, but here it's $5000.

  3. no you can't drive your mom's car

  4. Not legally.

At 16 your insurance has to be under your parents anyway, I'm pretty sure.

  5. Yes you can. And if your in her car and have an accident (you only drove her car twice before). trust me... Otherwise your a consistent driver and not being on her insurance they would deny claim, but if you said you only drove it once or twice you would be good.

  6. You can try this company - http://carinsurance.enacre.net - I personally have their car insurance in California. As I know they have cheapest insurance policies for teens and first time drivers.

  7. If you get a motorcycle with insurance, you need to ask them if they cover you for driving other vehicles on the policy.

For example my car insurance has a rider that I am covered for rentals and other cars, but I need to notify them for each case. For my bike insurance, I never asked.
