Can i drive people under the age of 20 with my provisional license if they have a note from their parent?

If it is an emergency or just for other purposes? Or if they have medical information with them or something? Also, this is if they arent a sibling or direct family member.

Not legally, but if its an emergency (and you get caught) maybe the cops will take it easy on you...

If your in the UK the answer is not unless there is someone in the car with you that has had a full UK licence for three or more years, in fact you can't even drive yourself unless someone with a full uk licence of three years is with you at the time.
