Can i drive to school alone with my learners permit in california?

I am 17 1/2 years old and I have had my learners permit for 5 months now but I am about to start school and need a way to get there but no one can take me.

if you still have the driving books, on what ever page the book talks about the licenses it may talk about a school permit.

You can not drive alone on a learner's permit, if you get caught driving your permit gets revoked completely, then getting a license becomes considerably more difficult....

You have to have a licensed driver 18 years old or older in the front seat next to you at all times while driving on a learners permit. They have to be sober too. A friend of mine was charged with child endangerment for having his daughter drive him home from a bar on her learners permit rather than drive himself.

No you will have to    ride the bus or walk, you can always ride your bike.
