  1. as long as your white 21 and good looking

  2. yes, the best place to store it is in your bloodstream, that way they cant see it...

  3. In every state I've been to, it's ok to drive with alcohol in your car unless it's open. If it's open, you can be sited for open container no matter where it is. A friend of mine got a ticket for open container while he was carrying a bag full of empty cans to the recycle place. The charges were dropped later, but they can be real sticklers re: open container. Of course, if you're underage, it's never legal (well, unless there's someone in the car that IS legal age)

  4. It has to be closed, sealed, and in the trunk

  5. You can drive with alcohol in your car so long as it's out of reach and unopened and you are of the legal drinking age or there is someone else in the car who is.

  6. If by out of reach you mean still sealed and in the trunk, yes.  Otherwise, no.

  7. as long as it is unopened, how do you expect people to get it from the store to their home?

  8. As long as it in the trunk..

  9. um no

  10. what state are u in put it in the trunk and unopened and still with the seal on it thats the best way and you may not even get caught and dont offer it if they dont ask good luck

  11. Laws vary from state to state, but the quick and dirty rule is that you cannot have an open container in your car. Never heard any laws saying it has to be out of reach or in the trunk (it's booze, not a firearm). Besides, where do you put it if you drive a single cab pickup truck?

Just make sure the containers aren't open and you will be fine. If they are open, it doesn't matter where they are, you can be citied for open container, which is, in most staes, probable cause for a sobriety test, whether you were driving erratically or not.

  12. yes aslong as it is unopened

  13. Sealed and in the trunk would be your best bet.

  14. You don't state your age.    If a minor,  no under any circumstances.   If an adult,  yes.    But if any container open,  you are in deep trouble.    Best bet,  carry it home in the trunk to avoid temptation.

  15. Not if it has been opened.
