Can i drop the felony count to the lower count or claer all?

this would depend on a number of things.

1- Have you talked to the police, what evidence do they have.

2- Will the case be easy for the goverment to prove.

3- Do you have a decent attorney.

If you haven't talked to the police, don't, the worse thing is to give the police information they can use against you. Plead the 5th amendment.

The prosocuter will look at the case and see how confident he is of a conviction if it goes to trail, if the case will be hard to prove he will offer to let you plead to a lesser charge. At any point before you finish trail you can change your plea to guilty.

If you have already confessed then you are at the mercy of the court.
