  1. hey, for God sake, dont even touch eggs.. who the h**l is giving u this nonsense advise..Dont even touch anything non-vegetarian.. Try to have lots of water.. No glucose. U can have banana and apples. Try not to have any proper meal. I have a medical background , trust me ..take care
