dose chicken leg/chicken leg steak has the same amount of protein as chicken breast please?and if i throw the skin will it has less fat?i'm 18 now and i been eating at least 2 can tuna (1 can=185g)for almost 4 months now ,and then yeaterday i finally got the information that tuna has mercury in it and it's bad for you so i should eat it only twice a week,so now i 'm really confused.I feel very good with eating tuna and i 'm starting to look pretty bulky now(i'm 188 cm tall).so should i cut down a little bit on can tuna?and what should i eat instead.i know chicken breast has a lot of protein but it's hard to find near where i live.i don't suppose i should buy the whole chicken just for the chicken breast part?so can i eat chicken leg please?or some other stuff like lean beef ?

  1. Yes there is some mercury in tuna but it isn't a big deal to have a can a day.  Just make sure you buy the chunk light.  Chunk light has a lot less mercury than the normal kind.  Any part of a chicken will be a good choice as long as your not eating the skin.  Chicken is very lean, turkey is also another good choice.

  2. Don't eat chicken or tuna at all if you want to lose weight! Also think of the animals which died for your food.
