yes, you CAN eat sushi! I had braces and ate it alll the time. Just be sure to rinse your mouth afterwards cause the rice can get a it stuck. But with a good brush, you&#039;ll be fine!

of coarse you can when I had them I ate everything that I could you just have to make sure you use the brush tooth pick
