Ok so my whole family is pretty fit and not fat, including me. My dad eats like crazy and has an "overactive metabolism". He doesn't have any health problems and neither do i. Does this mean i can eat whatever i want/how much i want and not get fat?

  1. well you might not get fat but you sure won't stay healthy! eating 'whatever you want' food will not provide you with essential oils, minerals, vitamins, and other vital nutrients....so you actually should think a bit about your diet!

  2. try it

  3. I'm the same way!  I'm a 15 year old girl and I can easily eat like 4 thousand calories a day.  But I don't because I love being healthy.  Since you're a boy you probably can, but it depends how you feel too.  If you feel tired during the day and don't have any energy, then you  should eat healthier.  But you definitely don't have to watch your calorie intake that much

  4. Well, Not Really.

    Different People Have Different Bodies.

    Some Peoples Food Digests Faster.

If You Choose To Eat Whatever You Want, And Its Over The Amount Of Calories You Should Take, You'll Gain Weight.

  5. You still could be high blood pressure and cholesterol from eating junk to much. Eat sensible.

  6. I guess that's somewhat true, but if you eat really unhealthy and consume foods high in cholesterol, sodium, saturated fat, and trans fat, you may increase your risk for heart disease, high blood pressure, etc.

And if you ate like 10,000 calories per day and were really lazy, you would start to get a little pudge on your stomach.
