You can use any good HTML editor to write code that you normally would add to your MySpace page.  You can not edit the complete page without s******g up the scripting languages MySpace uses to make the Add Comments, Friends, etc. work unless you absolutely know how to write the code for this.

Best to stick to the simple stuff most people add via their Profile.  Just use MySpace's Editor:

You can add xml/html/css code into your profile -- its an indirect way of modifying it.
