Yes, most definately. Make sure there are no contaminants on the surfaces...I wipe everything down with acetone. I strongly recommend West System epoxy as my first choice then either Interlux Epiglass or System 3.

Please stay away from the hardware store stuff...find a marine store or you might regret it.

3M 5200 would help hold them together, but they need to be through bolted. Plywood surface is not generally a strong base.
