Can i ever get over this?

i consented to having a 3sum. i dont know im asking this. my husband has done everything he could to make me happy since we did that and i just cant get over it. i feel like i ruined a really good marraige by having a 3sum with my husband and my friend. my husband is a great guy, i just thought it would make him happy but i ended up hurting myself.

Unfortunately you made your bed. Please, please, please go to therapy. That is the only way you will be able to move forward.

BTW, do you still associate with your "friend"? I would not and concentrate your relationship with your husband!
