Can i extract contacts from a broken nokia 6020?

It got waterlogged. i dried it out but still wont work, not even with a new battery. I am able to buy a cable to connect it to my p.c but would it help? if not would i be able to send it of somewhere to get the info extracted. its well out of its warrenty and the guy in the shop said it cant be fixed!
