  1. Do NOT give human meds or vitamins.

you CAN give them an approved multi vitamin supplement made for dogs.

    check out any pet store.

I give my dogs brewers yeast with garlic tabs, that has multi vitamins as well.

BE CAREFUL- do NOT overdo the vitamins.  your dogs can suffer from an imbalance, or overdose.

NEVER give more than the recommended daily use for the weight and size of your dog.

  2. You can try Nutri-Cal, it helps for picky pets, and also gives energy.

  3. If you are feeding your dog a good quality dog food, then supplementing with vitamins is not necessary.  Sometimes it can actually do more harm than good.  What the body does not use is either eliminated through the urine or stored in their system.  If the body is storing a surplus of something it does not need, it could cause a problem.

  4. A multivitamin made for dogs will not hurt them if given at the correct dosage every day or less often.

  5. ye i would say soo

  6. Definitely.Especially when your dog's nutrition it is not perfect. But it is good to consult a vet before use.
