  1. strawberries. That's what I feed my hamster and he LOVES IT!! Its healthy and good.

  2. This is a list of things you can give them:

    Cantaloupe

    Cashews

    Berries

    Cheerios

    Chestnuts

    Peach

    Peanuts

    Sunflower Seeds

    Walnuts

    Lettuce

    Oats

    Dry Catfood

    Bread 'n milk

    Broccoli

    Apple

    Peanut Butter

    Shredded Cheese

    Tomatoes

    Carrots

    Corn

    Dog Biscuits

Cooked meat (make sure it is cool)

    Yogurt (avoid yogurt with sugar)

    Pumpkin (without the seeds)

    Hard-boiled egg yolk

  3. Strawberries are a nice treat, but if you want to feed your hamster meat give it tiny pieces of raw hamburger meat.

  4. A lot of people say that fruits, with the exception of apples, should not be fed to hamsters, I'm not sure if this is true, but Strawberries sound fine, as for the turkey, hamsters are not meat eaters LOL, so I wouldn't recommend trying to feed him that! Try veggies like carrots and celery, my hamsters favorite mix is:

    chopped apples

    dry oatmeal

    chopped carrots

    dry hamster food

he ate it all at once, and loved it, he kept checking his food bowl for more every 5 seconds! Try this and see if it works! Hope I helped!

                                             -Pumpkin :)

  5. Strawberries are good in moderation.

anything too water or juicy can give the hamster diarrhea or "wet tail". So i would suggest no tomatoes.

peanuts-contains aflatoxin which is toxic in large quantities

    spicy foods

    tomatoe leaves-toxic

    unwashed vegatables-danger in pesticides

sugary products-bad for teeth and fattening

Food you can give as  treats every once in a while:

    bananas

    blueberries

    blackberries

    grapes

    kiwi

    melon
