Can i feed my tadpoles cabbage instead of lettuce

i got them out of someones pond on there driveway? lolz

tadpoles can not eat cabbage or lrttuce

i used to raise tadpoles, and you should give them goldfish flakes from wal-mart, or a pet shop. lettuce and cabbage pieces sink to the bottom of the bowl, when goldfish flakes float on the top, teaching the tadpoles to swim up and eat off the surface.
