  1. Just keep up the denial.  When you explain it in court you will win.  When you explain it to the prosecutor, it probably won't even go to court.

  2. I wouldn't worry. The charge might not stick but even if it does,it's only a misdemeanor.

  3. Disorderly conduct Causing a disturbance - section 175 Every one who- not being in a dwelling house cause a disturbance or near a public place-either by fighting OR screaming or shouting or swearing or singing or using in song or obscene language- or by being drunk -or by impeding omolestingng or other persons- is guilt an offence punishable on suconvictioncition.PUNISHMENT A fine not exceeding 2,000 or 6 mths imprisoRELEASE.Initial decision to release made by peace officer. Election election, summary conviction offence. EVIDENCE1 the offence here is causing a disturbance and is not the same thing as disturbing the peace .To disturb someone is to annoy that person, but to cause a disrbance is to create a commotion or a quarrel or a fight 2 Mere drunkeness is not eough if in fact no disturbance has been caused 3 In the absence of other evidence or by way of corroboration of other evidence a summary conviction court may infer from the evidence of peace officer relating to the conduct of a person or persons, whether ascertained or not, that such a dirbance was a or occurred (s. 175 (2) Good luck Hope it number 3.

  4. uhm, that sounds pretty stupid that cops would charge you for that. anyways, if I were you I would consult a lawyer asap, if you don't want to pay for legal advice you can try consulting a public defender as your charge doesn't seem like something that would lead to a serious penalty if found guilty. good luck man!
