Mocha you certainly should not be entitled to any form of support for your kids if your grandmother has them.Grandmother however would and should go after the father of these kids for support.

I think your grandmother would need to file for the kids since she is the legal guardian.

NO!  If she legally adopted them, she knowingly took on the full legal responsibility of raising them herself.  Don't even try it.
