  1. Go with water injection and raise your fuel mileage 25% or more, and adding power.Works wonders for diesels too.

  2. You got some good answers already, Hydrogen is great except that needs to be used carefully because of potential of explosion

  3. Not sure it's what you want, but try a Search of "Joe Cell". Those plans are free.

    Not exactly conventional, but free.

  4. Yes, although they're not "good" plans; as in, you will need to fill in some blanks.  Then again, this is true of the pay plans as well.

However, these hydrogen generators won't do your truck much of any good.  The ones that don't load down your alternator don't produce enough hydrogen or Brown's gas to do anything, and the ones that can produce enough hydrogen to do something, load down your alternator (and engine) so much that you get a loss, not a gain.

Now, if your truck is a gasoline engine and kind of old (as in it probably has carbon buildup on the valves and cylinder head), then the vapor generator might be good for you.  Either that, or one of those foaming piston cleanings you can get at some mechanics.

BTW, instead of using a hydrogen generator, you could use a tank of compressed hydrogen.  If you have access to a dynamometer, you could experiment to find an optimum hydrogren flow.  Then you could rig up something to adjust the flow as the engine's RPM changes.

Of course, a normally aspirated engine won't see any benefits from this either.  Hydrogen (as an additive) allows for leaner mixes with higher compression, but compression is determined by the engine design.  So unless you can plane the head down, you won't see anything. If you do plane it down, you'll need hydrogen to run your engine properly.  And it's a lot of work for maybe 1 mpg more.

The first link is the water4gas E-book, which has a free parts list and pictures.  The second link contains links to all sorts of other resources, some free, some pay.
