Can i find job in canada ?

i am an IT engineer, mainly programmer and web developer.

i am PMP certified and have 7 years experience.

i am willing to relocate to canada, how can i find job offers and is it easy to get it ? i may need some help.

its not easy for a foreignor to find a jb in canada...accordin to their rules..the job openings r adertised in news paper and than if no one from canada can fit in tht than they can offer to a foreignor and issue a work permit for him or her...best way for u could be to go on visitors visa o canada and search for a job there...if u r lucky nuff to get one.. its the best way!
