Can i find someone with just a first name?

my father had child with a women before our family and now hes gone but i want to meet my sister but i have no trace of them i know they used to live in summit county but other then that i have nothing and i need help finding them,...please help

that would be extremely difficult, near impossible.

If you knew the year and the month, of the child's birth, you could check out the birth certificates of the Summit county.

And if you know the first name, that would at least narrow the field down too.

There are professionals out there, that do this sort of tracing,. but that could be expensive.

See if there are any family members of your father's family, that could help you, they may have some information.Or they may know someone who does.

So just ask around family or friends, or find the local paper, in the town your father lived, and place an advertisement, in there asking for information.
