Can i fish on the broads?

i'm going to the norfolk broads in summer and i was wondering if i'm allowed to fish there?? and if so any advice on what fishing rod i need lol?!

  1. Only if you buy an Environment Agency Rod license first- it'll cost you a £300 fine if you get caught without one.

    Most of broads is free fishing, some stretches of rivers are day ticket.

    If you're a novice buy a small whip from a tackle shop who should sort you out. Don't get one of those beginners outfits.
