Can i fix my tube tv?

there was an electrical storm and my tube tv turned off and now the one button just stays on but i dont have any nose or picture.

Well, it sounds like you've had a surge, and some current went where it shouldn't have. Unless you have a multimeter, soldering gun, and perhaps an oscilloscope, logic gate tester, and schematic, you can't fix it. It's not economical to send out for repair, either, when five year old 27" sets in good repair go for 50$ on Craigs List.
