Can i fly out to Europe as an underage?

Im17, i live in texas, and i want to fly out to belgium alone. thing is, my parents dont know... is it possible that i can accomplish this? and how?

  1. The answer has not changeed...you must have a passport and that requires the signatures of your parents.  You must also have written, notarized permission from your parents.  You need to find other ways of coping with your problem until you are 18 and independent.


  2. No you can't your parents have to have this notice saying that you can and you also can't buy an airplance ticket while you are underage i think :) But wait one more year you'll be 18 soon :)
