  1. Yes, you can fly.  An airliner's cabin is pressurized, so your blood pressure should not be affected at all.

  2. You will have no problem flying. Now I have worn those flight socks when I flew to Australia(14 &1/2 hour flight) and they worked wonderfully. I do not have high blood pressure, but those socks kept my feet from swelling. I will always wear them when flying a long distance. I got mine at L.L.Bean. Great socks.

  3. On long flights, it's a good idea to get up and stand in the isle when the captain turns off the seat belt signs.  Better yet, if you can ask to be seated in the cabin that's near the exit, there's more leg room but you have to be prepared to help people exist the aircraft in event of emergency.

Flight socks help to keep circulation normal and prevent swelling.  Sitting in the cramp seating area in a plane and cause blood clotting that can then travel around your body.  This is why it is important to stand and stretch out your legs as often as possible.

Included in my source list is a diagram that shows the best aircraft seats available on flights.

    Enjoy your trip to Greece!
