Can i fly within the states with just a student ID?

I did it a couple years ago maybe 2007 and like a big ol' tard i lost my ID again, and i don't wanna deal with postponing my flight please help!!!!!

You got lucky by using your Student ID those times. You actually need a Government issued ID (State ID, Driver's Licence, Passport, etc) in order to board a plane.
