some car hit me and run but i found the car and the owend but this girl drive the 2003 dodge four doors ,1500 and she dont want let me know if her truck have insegurance or not and the police from san antonio texas ,dont do nothing for help me found if she have insegurance or not.my car i can't driver the vin number of this truck is 1B7HA18NX3J534035 AND THE DRIVERS LICENSE PLATE IS
