Can i get Ukraine Permanent Resident (PR)?

I live in india and i have a ukraine business visa.can i convert this visa to PR.and if i get PR then can i travel EU (Europe) or other Shenegan Countries. and if i want a business then what kind of business i have done in ukraine. and how much money i invest and then how much i earn for this business. i want cyber cafe,Taxi,Import Export, or a travel agency.

I believe that you would have to marry a Ukrainian citizen to become a lawful permanent resident,  check with the consulate!!!

You cannot " convert" visas, simple as that (I have no clue what PR means)

If you obtain a working visa in the Ukraine then this is for the Ukraine only and the Ukraine is not part of the Schengen zone.

Entry to the Schengen zone & also the EU countries not in the Schengen zone, takes into account your nationality and as an Indian you would have to apply for another visa for this.

I suggest you contact the Ukrainian embassy in India for visa details and the consolate for business possibilities.  Many countries have their own rules and regulations for foreign business investors concerning the amount of capital and nature of business etc.  

Judging by the range of business plans you have, I would also advise you do some more research in order to produce a business plan.  Being so vague will not convince authorities to issue visas at the drop of a hat these days
