Can i get a D1 or D2 scholarship?

Question

I am in 9th grade and currently I run a 5:15 mile. What should my time by the end of 10th, 11th, and 12th grade if i want colleges to take a look at me?

should get down to a 4:35-4:40 mile at least for a d1 and for a d2 all you need is steady improvement all 4 years

but with that freshman time you should get a d1 scholarship

not even close, sorry to break it to you but to get a scholarship for track to a D1 school you must be amazing. All altethic scholarships usually go to football, basketball, baseball ect. You need to be amazing probably running under a 4:15 mile to get a scholarship for D1 and i'm guessing. The mile time may even be lower. You time can improve drastically if your dedicated and train hard every year.
