and do u think its a good idea as i have stopped growing....

no one should be seeing your belly button at 13, therefore making that piercing not necessary.

yeah u can i got mine dun wen i was 11  (5 days b4 my 12th b-day!!) =]

Yeah you can with parental consent, however at 13 it's unlikely you have stopped growing. You may have had the main growth spurt but you don't stop until I think it's 18 (Might be 21). But I don't see how that would affect a piercing there anyway.

ye u can get a belly button peirced when your 13 as long as you have adult with you who if ok about it, and ye i think its a great idea

yeah corse u can just make sure your mum or dad is with you. some salons dont but its best to find mobile peircings. they done mine and it was fine and still is. yeah i love my peircing its a great idea. good luck x
