  1. No. Suspended in one state = suspended in all states.

  2. I should hope not.  Sounds to me like wise minds have taken you off the road for cause.

  3. no

  4. No matter WHAT the reason for a suspended licence in any criteria, a suspended license is not superceded by any other state by federal law.  Until the suspending state releases the suspension, you cannot get your license in any other state.  Period.

I have had a suspended Class-A truck driver license in California since 2001, over a political issue with a clean driving record, which made me both be unemployable and homeless for the past four out of 6 years.

I am now living on my $900 a month tax free veteran's pension because I can no longer earn my original taxable income of $3000 due to my suspended license, which is still suspended now and the State of California will not explain to me why they suspended my driver license while I was licensed in and living in Nevada since 2000.

Rather than be honest with me, California will not explain why my driver license was retroactively suspended in 2001, instead, they want me to leave my new home state 1800 miles away and come to California to face some sort of unknown charge that was originally over some sort of a $600 fine that I never knew was charged against me, the only fact I found out through the DMV!
