Can i get a checking account at this age

im only 13 but i have about 300$ saved up and i get 40 a week can i open a checking account if my mom like signs on it will i still get a debit card

If you can then you have to settle for an ATM card which can be used like a debit card but is not always accepted.

You can get a checking account. Your mom has to cosign though

no, u will only be able to open up a savings and get an atm card.

after u turn 18, u will be able to open up a checking and get a debit card
