Can i get a mortgage with yorkshire bank for more than i buy my house for?

the house is worth 125000, but i have bought it for 115000 but want a few thousand pounds extra to spend furnishing it

  1. Maybe - although a lot of Mortgage companies are demanding at least 10% deposit (i.e. max. 90% mortgage), I note that Yorkshire are offering 'First Time Buyer' Mortgages at '100%' ..
