Right now im studying psychology at University, so if you are desperate, i could help, but i think the best course of action would to find one and make a face-to-face appointment.

I believe things are more effectively dealt with in person, and it would probably end up being a bit frustrating just talking online with a psychologist.

YA is not the place to seek qualified mental health help.
