  1. no way , unless u have some agent who can produce all the other reqd documents thro affidavit or on sworn affidavit by a notary

better try out with those touts and agents who sit outside the passport office they can do many things for a fee

  2. It's pretty rare to get citizenship via marriage now. It used to be possible in certain countries in but I know the UK discontinued it in the 1940's. Most countries that still allow it usually have are countries that have male dominated regions and have females who are stay at home moms.

The marriage certificate will prove the link to a legitimate name change (if you're female) but other than that it just proves that you're married.

Usually you will need to prove citizenship you need the birth certificate, naturalization/citizenship papers or a previous passport.

  3. No both are two different issues

    For passport u need

    pp size photos

    address of residence

  4. You need

Photo ID proof (Election ID or Driving license or PAN card)

Proof of residence (Ration card or Registration documents etc,)

Marriage certificates are only required to include your spouse name into your passport.

Be careful not to follow any shortcuts through unknown agents. It is stricter nowadays wherever we go. Being a frequent traveller out of India, I give you this advice.

  5. Passport is obtained based on citizenship. Marriage Certificate proves marriage not citizenship.

  6. No.

Basic: Photographs, proof of education / identity, proof of address.
