  1. It's up to the country you want to visit.

    You can get a passport, but getting it stamped is another story. Lemme guess... Japan, right?


  2. If you're not on probation and you're not on parole, yes, you can.  Of course, getting a visa might be very difficult.  Ask Martha Stewart, the UK refused her a visa a couple months ago.

    ***********No country will let you travel without a visa.  This is because you are a convicted felon and not eligible for the visa waiver program.

  3. Yes you can and also you can travel to most countries for at least 3 weeks to about 90 days or more to visit without any visa.A number of countries have no requirements to have a visitor's visa prior to travel and once you are there you can extend your stay by applying for a visa locally.

  4. Under International Law, it is very difficult to get a visa to the country you want to visit unless a special hearing is done for you to explain your position if you are a convicted felon.  This is handled at the State Department of your local Federal Building.  Good luck.
