Can i get a rent rebate if i own a mobile home on rented property. i pay rent plus a mortgage.

Rent rebate from where? Do you live in a state that gives rent rebates for some reason?

That sounds as if you need to talk to the person from whom you are renting the lot/property.  If your mobile home is in a 'park', those rents are usually fixed.  

They don't care if you own your mobile home outright or are paying a mortgage or are paying rent on it as well.  

If the combination of the lot rent and the mortgage payment are too much for your budget, you may have to get a roommate (or an additional job) to make ends meet.
