Ok so I just got this phone from my sister (its her old phone so its not new). Its the Mogul by HTC, im with sprint. Well my mother just switched my phone number to it like a day or two ago and now my phone is locked. And i cant unlock it because its frozen and it will not respond. I tried resetting but that still didnt help. So i want to know will it cost me a fee to replace it with the same type of phone?

  1. If you have insurance on the phone it might be replaceable.. but if you do not, then you probably are out of luck. Did you try removing the battery and then placing it back in?

  2. Definitely it will cost, at least the deductible ($50) IF you have a service plan.

  3. You would have to speak with Sprint as they may have a replacement plan for your particular phone and it may also be under warranty.

They will have a list of all of the phones that are compatible with their network and will be able to tell you how much each one will cost you to replace.

  4. Ive been a sprint customer for ever! You can get a replacment if you have the insurance. Throw it off a cliff...COVERED run it over with a truck .....COVERED but no insurance NOT COVERED
