Can i get a residence work permit while i have not complete my 6 month after exit from Dubai.?

Question

Hi I been worked in Duabi with a construction company.after 11 momths i had resigend my company my visa was cancelled with out any ban as it mention on my passprot.

however i came back to uae on Sharjah Free zone visa i am working in Hamriya free zone area.

now I want to join a company in Dubai based on Dubai Visa.

but i have not complete 6 months after exist stapmed.

Please advise i can join the new company.
